While many manufacturing companies mostly rely on quality control department, we have a totally different approach. We believe that quality must be integrated into every single stage of production, right from the start by:
1. Defining the right processes of manufacturing,
2. Assigning the best tooling available
3. Following strict guidelines that are supported by documentation
Our goal is to produce only acceptable pieces, including the very first one from set-up. This way we can run totally defect free parts of different batch sizes, even one-offs. It has become our standard. To achieve this, we keep our equipment and measuring tools in top condition and our operators are highly experienced and knowledgeable.
